Park, Ph.D. the founder of WelGENE biopharmaceuticals
Inc., serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
From 1993 to 1995, he served as Vice President and Director
of Research at CorBec Pharmaceuticals Inc. From 1995
through 1997, he was the director of the Laboratory
of Gene Therapy at the Korean Research Institute of
Bioscience and Biotechnology. He has authored numerous
scientific papers related to antisense, immunology and
gene therapy research. He holds a B.S from
Yeoungnam University in Korea, an M.S and a Ph.D. in molecular
biology from the University of Pennsylvania

Moon, Ph.D. is the Chief Scientific Officer
and Director of Research and Development. Prior to joining
WelGENE, he had several years of research experience
as a postdoctorate at the Korea Research Institute of
Bioscience and Biotechnology, and later at Dongsan Medical
Center, Keimyung University. He is an expert in designing
antisense molecules and is in charge of developing antisense
therapeutics at WelGENE. He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry
from Yeoungnam University.

Choi, Ph.D. has

Dr. Choi has
been actively
involved in
diverse projects
for developing
antisense library
and sense probe
DNA library
for gene chips.
He holds a Ph.D. in veterinary

from Louisiana
State University.
