Gel staining Solution (ML 038-01) 은 SDS-PAGE로 분리된 단백질을 빠르고 민감하게 검출합니다. 쿠마시 브릴리언트 블루, 메탄올, 아세트산, 빙초산을 함유하여 최소한의 background
를 나타내며, 선명도 높고 정확한 염색을 구현합니다.
단백질과 비 공유로 결합하여 고정이나 가열 없이도 뚜렷한 청색
밴드를 생성합니다.
보관 및 안정성
Gel
staining Solution 은 15~30°C에서 보관해야 합니다.
용액의 품질 저하 현상은 (1) 용액 전체에 침전물이나 입자가 생기거나, (2) 탁해지거나, (3) 색상이 변하거나, (4) pH가 변하는 경우를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 유통기한은 제품 라벨을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
