제품설명

Streptomycin은 30S ribosomal 소단위체의 S12단백질에 결합하여 단백질 합성을 억제하며, 오독(misreading)을 유발하거나 게시를 억제합니다.

ML 003-06은 Ultra Pure Water (ML 019-02)에 50 mg/mL streptomycin, sodium salt를 함유하고 있습니다. 사용농도는 25~50 μg/mL입니다.

보관 및 안정성

Streptomycin 은 -5~-20°C에서 보관해야 합니다.

용액의 품질 저하 현상은 (1) 용액 전체에 침전물이나 입자가 생기거나, (2) 탁해지거나, (3) 색상이 변하거나, (4) pH가 변하는 경우를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 유통기한은 제품 라벨을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
