WelCountTM Cell Proliferation Assay Kit
WelCountTM is a product based on XTT {2,3-Bis(2-methoxy-4-nitro-5-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium-5-carbox anilide}, and measures the number of live cells through a spectrophotometer. WelCountTM enables more convenient measurement of mitochondrial activity than a conventional MTT (Methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide) based products. The XTT system measures cell activity by detecting mitochondrial dehydrogenase, and the system yields highly accurate results through the simple process. Reagents are filed to an ambor container.
