WELGENE does our best to fulfill requests to exchange products that do not meet expectations or specifications, although due to the nature of our products this is only possible for standard stock items. Items that are denoted on our website as special order only are not eligible for return. Prior to returning any items, please contact us to discuss your order.

Any shipping charges incurred in returning products mis-shipped by us will be covered by WELGENE, while all other return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
