호르몬(hormone)

Hormone은 세포외 대사과정을 촉진한다. 특히, insulin은 serum-free medium에서 필수적인 물질이다.
이외 세포배양시 첨가되어질 수 있는 hormone에 estradiol, thyroxine, triiodothyronine, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone, progesterone, glucagone등이 포함된다.
