Soy protein is an acid digest of soy isolate, resulting in a mix of amino acids and small peptides but without tryptophan. The special processing keeps inorganic minerals to a minimum. It has successfully been used for pharmaceutical bio-actives production with E. coli and Yeast based systems.
The liquid should be stored at 2~8°C in the dark. Deterioration of the liquid medium may be recognized by (1) precipitate or particulate matter throughout the solution, (2) cloudy appearance, (3) color change, and/or (4) pH change. Product label bears expiration date.
